Roseblood d’Estoublon is bringing its summer terrace back to Covent Garden, this time taking over The Piazza itself. It launched on 15 July and runs and will be open until 2 August, every day from 11am to 9pm.
This isn’t Roseblood’s first summer residency in the area – the brand has previously run terraces at Floral Court and St Martins Lane Hotel in Covent Garden. Courtyard Wine Cellars has also been active on The Piazza this summer, having curated the drinks for Covent Garden’s Royal Ballet School centenary celebrations in June, where it paired a selection of afternoon tea treats and charcuterie with Chapel Down wines.
What’s on the menu at the Roseblood terrace?
Alongside the full Roseblood cuvée list, the terrace serves three signature drinks all very much focused on rosé:
- Frosé — Roseblood blended into a frozen slush
- Roseblood Rosé Spritz — the rosé served as a spritz cocktail
- Rosenade — rosé mixed with lemonade
For something more formal and long-winded, there’s a pre-bookable Roseblood Afternoon Tea, pairing savoury sandwiches and cakes with a glass of rosé.

Behind the brand
Château d’Estoublon dates back to 1489 and sits in the Alpilles, near Les Baux-de-Provence. It’s a name with more star power than most: Carla Bruni and her husband, former French president Nicolas Sarkozy, bought the estate in 2020 alongside Jean-Guillaume Prats, the former CEO of Cos d’Estournel, Moët Hennessy’s fine wine portfolio and Lafite-Rothschild, together with entrepreneur Stéphane Courbit. Roseblood, the rosé and white range, was launched to mark that acquisition.
The estate is also known for its olive oil, which has been recognised by the Comité Colbert since 2021 – the French committee representing luxury houses including Hermès, Chanel and Louis Vuitton. Estoublon is part of Courbit’s Airelles hotel collection, and can be booked out for private stays, weddings or corporate events, with its own restaurant, La Table d’Estoublon, tastings and guided tours on site.
