STK London doubles as a high-energy party venue on New Year’s Eve. On 31 December 2025, STK is hosting a “One Night Only” NYE celebration where you can start your evening with an à la carte dinner or a special four-course set menu featuring premium dishes like USDA filet, Wagyu flank and scallops.
