Dyson is setting up in Covent Garden this December with a limited-time festive pop-up dedicated to considered gifting and hands-on beauty experiences. Crafted and Gifted by You opens today (11th of December) and runs for eleven days (until the 21st), transforming the busy Covent Garden piazza into a temporary beauty hub for personalised hair styling, expert-led appointments, and customised gifting. The goal? Making gifting much more intentional and much less last-minute (isn’t that what we all want?).
And of course, perhaps unsurprisingly but much to the delight of Dyson’s fans, Dyson’s award-winning tools will be on display, along with a brand new product, and all available to purchase. You can book your session here, but here’s the rundown of what to expect:

1. Personalised beauty gifting
At the centre of the experience is Dyson’s limited-edition Amber Silk colourway palette, launched exclusively for the festive season. The warm, triple-toned palette combines copper, burgundy, and soft champagne pink features across Dyson’s core hair tools, all available to purchase on-site. The tools come with a matching presentation and storage case in the same tones.
Shoppers can personalise their gift further with professional debossing of initials on the device’s presentation box, turning each purchase into a bespoke keepsake. Dyson also offers a luxury gift-wrapping service, finished with bespoke tags and sealed with the brand’s signature wax stamp.
2. Styling appointments
The space includes a dedicated salon area staffed by Dyson experts and professional stylists throughout the day. Customers who purchase a hair tool can pre-book a complimentary dry styling session in advance, spending up to 45 minutes recreating looks from Dyson’s festive styling menu.
The appointments are designed to give you time to actually learn how the tools work – whether that’s figuring out attachments, understanding heat settings, or getting tips tailored to your hair type.
But if you prefer to browse at their own pace, you’re free to trial any tool independently, with experts on hand to explain the technology and recommend attachments or styling approaches based on hair type.
3. A few festive extras and interactive moments
Every purchase made at the pop-up comes with a complimentary gift that serves as a stocking filler. Alongside this, Dyson has introduced light-touch interactive elements such as a ‘Spin to Win’ activation and queue-side moments intended to keep your experience engaging during busy shopping periods (which we project there will be many!).
Guests are also invited to contribute to Dyson’s Wish Box, where visitors can share their holiday hopes. What Dyson does with them is being kept quiet for now, with more to be revealed once the festive season is over.
